Top SchoolWade Armstrong is a Senior Engineering Manager in Los Angeles with a decade of experience building and rescuing high-scale, cloud-native teams and products. He has led delivery of SaaS and ETL systems serving millions of daily users, cut incident rates by 90% through quality and automation initiatives, and increased team velocity by 30% while improving retention and diversity. Technically hands-on across the stack—client-side JavaScript, server-side JavaScript, PHP, Go, CDNs like Cloudflare/CloudFront, and AWS—he frequently contributes significant sprint effort while coaching teams. He combines startup grit as a co-founder and consultant with enterprise rigor from roles at AMC Networks, Synacor, and Nativo, and brings a practical MBA-backed approach to aligning engineering, product, and operations. An unassuming builder who jokes about not always coding, he’s known for making complex systems reliably measurable and fast.
