Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolWael Almattar is a seasoned blockchain-focused software engineer and architect with 11 years of experience building high-throughput backend systems, smart contracts, and protocol designs from payments at scale to renewable-energy tokenization. He has led protocol architecture and smart-contract development for mainnet launches, GTM, and listings while coordinating ZK-proof security and audits, and he previously ran backend infrastructure handling more than 10M daily requests at Klarna. Comfortable across Node.js, TypeScript, Solidity and GraphQL, Wael blends product-facing engineering with deep systems thinking—designing microservices, RPC/Node comms, and token economics. Based in Berlin and holding joint master’s training in space science and technology, he brings a research-minded approach to practical deployments and a knack for translating complex cryptography and EVM abstractions into auditable, production-ready systems. A playful side appears in his GitHub bio, hinting at a curious, creative developer behind rigorous engineering.
