Top SchoolWalisson Silva is a São Paulo–based software engineer with 10 years of professional experience and 5+ years focused as a full-stack developer, currently building software at Itaú Unibanco. He combines hands-on React/Next.js front-end work with Node.js back-ends, SQL/NoSQL datastores and AWS tooling, and has practical experience designing and using design systems in production. His background includes applied machine learning and medical imaging research—authoring a web app to assist stroke prognosis from CT scans—which gives him a strong footing in ML pipelines and healthcare domain constraints. As an instructor he has taught web development and data science, reflecting both communication skills and a habit of turning complex concepts into practical learning. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and a master’s in Digital Signal Processing complement his engineering profile and signal a blend of academic rigor and cloud-native best practices.
