He built and implemented multi-echelon forecasting and ERP-ready inventory models for hundreds of thousands of parts, led large analytic teams, and drove transportation and fuel-optimization programs that reduced costs and mission timelines. Comfortable at the intersection of analytics, program management, and change management, he has a track record of deploying database-driven end-to-end models and transition plans that safeguarded $23B+ of Navy inventory.
