Summary
🤩
RockstarWarnar Boekkooi is a Staff Software Engineer with nine years of senior-level experience building and leading backend teams across fast-moving product companies and cloud-native startups. He has repeatedly moved into staff and interim leadership roles—most recently at Lengoo and now at Impossible Cloud—demonstrating a mix of hands-on architecture and people management. His background spans long tenures at HelloFresh and multiple lead developer roles earlier in his career, giving him deep expertise in scalable backend systems and operational delivery. Based in Bernau, Germany, he bridges Dutch engineering roots with experience across European tech stacks and enterprise-scale deployments. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and reliable, often stepping into interim IT management when projects demand stabilizing leadership. He favors pragmatic trade-offs that keep teams shipping while evolving robust, maintainable systems.
