Top SchoolWei-fu Hsien is a software engineer with 9 years of experience designing reliable, scalable system architectures and production machine learning projects. He combines deep hands-on expertise in storage, networking, and system administration (SAN/NAS, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware) with cloud-native tooling on Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform to support services that handle millions of transactions daily for 200k+ customers. At ASUS he automates releases, monitoring, and cost controls for Intelligent Cloud Services, and previously led a 35,000-user enterprise migration and a 200 TB storage migration that improved efficiency by 50% at Chunghwa Telecom. Comfortable across Solaris, Linux, and Windows environments, he bridges operations and development to reduce human intervention and improve observability. Outside work he pursues autonomous systems—localization, route planning, and computer vision—and frames learning as “forging your own ammunition,” reflecting a pragmatic, improvement-driven mindset.
