Top SchoolWei Xiao is a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in Shanghai with 9 years in product marketing and over two decades in technical roles across semiconductor and systems companies. He blends deep engineering roots—from design supervision and FAE roles at UMC, Siemens, Ericsson and Infineon—with product strategy and field-driven go-to-market execution at Intel, Pericom and Renesas. At Pericom he led timing product definition and regional design-in efforts across networking, automotive and surveillance segments, and at Renesas now he drives product positioning and market adoption across Asia. Known among peers as an Intel compiler CodeGen performance architect on GitHub, he pairs hands-on performance awareness with customer-facing marketing to accelerate design wins.
