Top SchoolWei Xiong is a strategic AI infrastructure and supply chain executive with 16+ years of experience designing and scaling multi-billion-dollar operations across North America and Asia. Currently overseeing a RMB 20B+ annual CAPEX portfolio at Kuaishou, he architects GPU-first infrastructure for large-scale AI/LLM workloads and managed procurement lifecycle for hundreds of thousands of server nodes during global silicon shortages. His background blends hands-on technical depth (M.S. in Electrical Engineering) with Tsinghua EMBA-level business strategy, enabling high-stakes vendor alliances with NVIDIA, Intel, Samsung and others to secure priority capacity and optimize TCO per FLOP. Previously he led global cloud partner ecosystems and customer success at Alibaba Cloud and ran market-scale 5G and network services at Ericsson, delivering multi-billion USD revenue and building multi-location teams. Known for navigating geopolitical risk with diversified sourcing and predictive inventory models, he couples operational rigor with cross-functional collaboration across product, algorithms and model-training teams. A U.S. Green Card holder who splits his lens between hardware industrialization and AI product enablement, he quietly excels at turning supply-chain constraints into strategic advantage.
