Top SchoolWellington De Oliveira is a front-end specialist with over 20 years focused on core JavaScript, Web Components, and performance-driven, accessible web architecture. He has built framework-agnostic design systems and reusable component libraries that improved maintainability and cross-team alignment at companies like Hotmart and NTT DATA. Wellington routinely optimizes for low-bandwidth and multi-device contexts—having accelerated enterprise portals and a swine-farming platform used in remote areas to work reliably on limited connections. He combines deep HTML5/CSS3/browser-API knowledge with practical leadership, mentoring teams and guiding technology choices from Polymer migrations to TypeScript+Stencil conversions. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he blends hands-on engineering with a knack for reducing complexity and delivering measurable business outcomes.
