Top SchoolWellington Santos is an IT analyst based in Dublin with eight years of hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, support and information security. He combines formal training in systems development and a postgraduate specialization in information security with day-to-day N1/N2 incident resolution, proactive monitoring via Zabbix and Grafana, and service desk management in Freshservice. At Vertros he supported security operations and managed tools such as AlienVault SIEM, Fortinet, Forcepoint, CrowdStrike and TrendMicro, bringing practical defensive experience to infrastructure consultancy. Wellington is comfortable configuring Windows Server, Active Directory, VPNs and file services, and he pairs that operational depth with an interest in Node.js and React that suggests a bridge to automation or development-focused tooling. Colleagues would note his mix of emergency response calm and proactive system hardening recommendations across mid-market environments.
