Top SchoolWenzhe Cai is a senior systems engineer based in Shanghai with nine years' experience building and operating backend systems, databases, and observability platforms. He has strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, OceanBase, AIOps, and DevOps practices, and has driven observability and traffic governance designs adopted across teams at Autowise.ai. As a Golang R&D engineer he led refactors of perception annotation tooling for autonomous driving, integrated cross-location licensing, and evaluated open-source stacks like OpenTelemetry. Now at COSCO SHIPPING Information Technology he focuses on DBA and large-scale system reliability, bringing both implementation depth and platform-thinking to complex enterprise environments. Notably, he blends low-level database work with pragmatic automation—often surfacing non-obvious operational improvements that reduce manual toil.
