Senior🎓
Top SchoolWesley Cole is a founder and Principal Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable commerce platforms, APIs, and frontend design systems. At GoDaddy he defined GraphQL guidelines, led cross-team architecture, and built an async bulk ingestion service capable of 100,000+ item ingests, while creating an IaC platform to accelerate service delivery. He is a hands-on full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript developer who designs JSON and GraphQL APIs and authors reusable component libraries and design systems used across large product portfolios. Wesley combines people leadership—managing and mentoring distributed teams—with deep technical ownership of system architecture and developer experience. Based in Virginia, he has a background spanning startups to enterprise government projects and recently founded GrantLink to apply that platform-first approach more broadly. Colleagues often note his knack for turning messy integration problems into consistent, reusable patterns that speed cross-team collaboration.
