Top SchoolWesley Fly is a hands-on business leader and co-owner who has steered Source Web Solutions from its Wild Web roots into a consistently profitable web development firm since 2012. As Vice President of Business Development he blends financial stewardship, client retention strategy, and day-to-day operational leadership—acting as HR, accounting, and project manager when needed—to keep projects delivered on time and under budget. He prioritizes long-term client relationships and product quality, often absorbing short-term costs to protect reputation and ensure team stability. A University of Houston business graduate with deep practical experience in web projects and e-commerce systems, he values work–life balance while remaining ready to roll up his sleeves alongside his team. Less obvious: he’s built a culture that has raised employees every year and treats fixing issues proactively as a core differentiator.
