Top SchoolWesley Morris is a veteran technology founder and engineering executive with nearly three decades of experience inventing and commercializing ruggedized CMOS solutions for extreme environments. As CEO/CTO of multiple ventures including Silicon Space Technology and currently President of Silicon-x, he pioneered HardSil® processes that enable CMOS operation at high temperature and under radiation, proven in space and industrial applications. He combines hands-on device physics and TCAD expertise with product strategy, founding technical teams and establishing foundry partnerships and IP licensing deals. Wesley has repeatedly translated deep semiconductor know-how into manufacturable, high-yield products and business-ready offerings, demonstrating an uncommon ability to retrofit commercial silicon for new markets like O&G, automotive-grade IoT, and satellites. Based in Austin, he blends inventor-level technical depth with CEO-level commercial execution and has published and validated his innovations in industry forums and life-testing programs.
