Summary
🤩
RockstarWesley Nelson is a software engineer with seven years of experience, currently working on the agent team at ngrok after building search systems as a senior search engineer at Shipt. He combines a strong theoretical foundation—dual 4.0-degree background in Computer Science and Mathematics—with hands-on experience shipping full-stack tools, search relevance, and agent-side infrastructure. Wesley has a track record of improving testability and cross-platform tooling from earlier roles, and he’s comfortable moving projects from research and prototypes into production while collaborating closely with end users. Based in Portland, he brings a practical curiosity for mathematical and graphics concepts learned during 3D tooling work, which informs a careful, data-driven approach to engineering.
