Top SchoolWesley Stratton is a software development manager with 13 years of hands-on engineering experience, currently leading teams at Zappos to design, ship, and maintain customer-facing systems. He combines deep technical craftsmanship—code his peers have called "digital poetry"—with strong client-facing communication, having supported and consulted with customers both virtually and on-site. Wesley has a proven track record across the full stack and cloud operations, including AWS environment management and real-time incident debugging. He is driven by continual learning, curating reading lists and feeds to stay current on new technologies, and brings a pragmatic focus on tooling and process improvements that boost team productivity. Outside work he channels his attention to detail into a 65+ set Lego Star Wars collection, a hobby that reflects his patience for complex builds and love of sci‑fi.
