Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolWessel Loth is a seasoned Tech Lead with 11 years building full-stack and cloud-native systems, currently driving engineering at Arcady and operating across roles in DevOps, platform engineering and .NET at Dutch organizations. He blends hands-on development with platform and cloud expertise—particularly Azure—having progressed from freelance web developer to lead roles at ING, Agrifirm and RDW. Comfortable spanning frontend, backend and infrastructure, Wessel repeatedly moves between delivery and architecture, helping teams ship reliable production systems. Based in Zwolle, he brings practical leadership and a knack for translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, often stepping into platform ownership to reduce operational friction. An understated strength: he pairs broad technical depth with a hands-on mentality, remaining an active coder even while leading teams.
