Wey Gu
Shanghai, China
Summary
🤩
RockstarWey Gu is a GenAI and graph technology leader with a decade of experience building scalable systems and developer ecosystems, currently leading LLM and Knowledge Infrastructure efforts at NebulaGraph. He combines deep graph database expertise with hands-on product and community work—designing Knowledge-Enhanced RAG pipelines and graph-native applications to accelerate LLM developers. A former Ericsson senior engineer, Wey brings production-grade cloud and DevOps experience to open-source evangelism and developer experience design. He frequently contributes publicly, prototypes novel graph-enabled solutions, and serves as a bridge between core engineering, users, and the community. Unusually for an evangelist, he pairs low-level system know-how with active LLM research to turn “graph magic” into practical developer tooling.
