Senior🎓
Top SchoolWijnand Top is a pragmatic product manager and founder with 11 years of experience building and operationalizing software teams and platforms, currently focused on AI-first product development and short consulting engagements. He led Rijkswaterstaat’s shift from outsourced to in-house delivery, owning vision and roadmaps for API-first, mobile-first voyage reporting and real-time AIS services that handle high-throughput telemetry. Equally comfortable hands-on and at scale, he has deep expertise in CI/CD, cloud-native tooling, and IAM migrations, having migrated hundreds of projects with zero downtime. Earlier in his career he co-founded one of the Netherlands’ early social platforms and has a track record of turning experimental pilots into national rollouts. He brings a builder’s mindset to product leadership: shipping reliable systems quickly while shaping team culture and cross-functional alignment.
