Top SchoolWiktor Schmidt is an entrepreneurial technology executive with 15+ years of experience building and scaling software product and design teams as co-founder and long-time leader of Netguru. As Executive Chairman and former CEO he guided Netguru from startup to a recognized regional leader (Forbes Diamond, multiple Deloitte fast-growth rankings), blending product design sensibility with engineering-driven delivery for global clients. He co-founded Supercharge Capital and Tech To The Rescue and sits on multiple advisory and supervisory boards, signaling a rare mix of operator experience and active investor/mentor roles across European tech ecosystems. His background in automatics and robotics and executive education at London Business School and Columbia inform a systems-oriented approach to product strategy and talent development. Less obvious: he balances hands-on product empathy with portfolio-level scaling playbooks, often advising startups on operationalizing design-led engineering. Based in Greater Poland, he is a connector between Central European founders and international capital and markets.
