Top SchoolWildin Mota is a Senior Software Engineer with 8 years of experience designing high-availability, cloud-native systems and leading complex platform migrations. He specializes in resilient microservices, event-driven architectures, and large-scale distributed systems built with Go, Node.js, Python, and AWS. At Nortal he drives zero-downtime migrations and incident resolution while mentoring engineers and shaping long-term technical strategy. Wildin combines hands-on delivery—implementing CI/CD, performance tuning, and observability—with an ability to identify architectural risk before it becomes critical. His background spans backend, full-stack, and serverless data pipelines, which gives him a pragmatic view of end-to-end product reliability. Based in Santo Domingo, he pairs technical depth with a track record of stabilizing high-stakes production platforms.
