Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolWilhelm Eklund is a seasoned Software Architect and engineering leader with 12 years of experience helping organisations turn initiatives into measurable outcomes by fostering cross-functional, self-managing teams. He combines hands-on technical chops (full‑stack, React Native, iOS) with strategic architecture practices like Domain-Driven Design and C4 modeling to bring clarity and fast flow across value streams. Wilhelm has repeatedly transformed struggling teams into high‑performing DevOps organisations—reducing cycle times from months to daily deployments and boosting productivity and eNPS dramatically. He favors outcome over output, champions pair programming and user‑focused discovery, and runs architecture as a collaborative craft rather than a top‑down blueprint. Based in Stockholm, he blends startup agility and enterprise rigor, and often plays the dual role of coach and architect to ensure solutions deliver real user and business value.
