Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolWill Atlas is a Staff Systems Engineer with 11 years of experience building internal developer platforms and developer tools that make services reliable, observable, secure, and easy to deploy. Currently at SpotHero he crafts "Lit-Paths" to guide engineers toward reproducible, production-ready systems and previously helped shape deployment and reliability practices as a founding SRE at Deno. His background spans hands-on platform engineering, SRE, and leadership—having grown teams, created software inventories, and driven data-informed roadmaps. Will co-founded a startup focused on commerce integrations and ran an event-registration SaaS, blending product instincts with deep systems skills. He brings practical expertise across Kubernetes, cloud ops, and deployment automation while favoring pragmatic collaboration over tool fetishism. Based in Fort Collins, he pairs an engineer’s curiosity with manager-level ownership of platform health and developer experience.
