Top SchoolWill Badart is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building AI-driven cyber defense systems, GPU-accelerated data pipelines, and production ML operations across federal and defense contexts. He blends research-grade rigor—exploring type theory, functional programming, and Haskell for safer data science—with hands-on engineering, having led teams to deliver high-performance NetFlow aggregation and Elastic/RAPIDS-backed analytics. Comfortable across web, systems, and embedded GPU work, he has shipped low-latency pipelines on platforms from NVIDIA Jetson to cloud and on-prem GPU clusters. Known as a fast, driven learner, he pairs stakeholder-facing design and mentorship with a track record of turning novel research into repeatable, automated deployment workflows. Based in Seattle, he recently moved into forward-deployed and defense industry roles, bringing both experimental curiosity and practical delivery experience to hard security problems.
