Top SchoolWill Barker is a Technical Director with 14 years of experience designing and delivering client-focused web applications, leading UX and development at Kindleman and co-founding the Rails-based Hippogo platform for parents. He blends technical architecture, accessible front-end engineering (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Sass, OO-CSS) and maintainable backend work (Rails, CakePHP), moving projects from wireframes to production. Will mentors teams, hires talent, and prioritises progressive enhancement and usability for national and local clients. Based in Perranporth, England, he pairs an engineering background and postgraduate hydrographic survey training with a designer’s eye—an uncommon mix that informs pragmatic, well-architected web solutions.
