He blends deep technical training with hands-on leadership—having led engineering teams, taught computer science and software engineering at multiple universities, and pioneered online instruction for the Air Force. As an operator-turned-entrepreneur, he has run development centers, shepherded product lifecycles, and now focuses on advising and publishing; his upcoming book helps non-technical leaders run successful software projects.
