Senior🎓
Top SchoolWill Cox is a seasoned QA Engineer with nearly 15 years in software quality, primarily across the gaming and entertainment sectors, and 11 years of hands-on industry experience. He has built and led embedded testing teams, introduced automation and data-driven processes, and reduced QA cycle times through pragmatic scripting (Python, C#) and CI automation. At Bloomfire and AppSumo he drove end-to-end automated testing, regression coverage for AI features, and coordinated cross-functional releases; at Aristocrat he pioneered testing departments and mined large project repositories to surface trends for PM and design. Known for combining leadership with deep technical curiosity, he pairs quality strategy with practical tooling—Power BI dashboards, Jenkins jobs, and custom reporting—to make decisions visible and actionable. Outside work he applies design and 3D-printing chops and music production to creative problem solving, and he’s actively interested in bringing his QA and tooling expertise into VR for entertainment and education.
