Top SchoolWill Koh is an Applied AI Engineer in San Francisco with nine years of experience building product-focused ML and full-stack systems at startups and large tech firms. Currently at Ramp after leading growth and core engineering initiatives at Tome, he has a strong track record of shipping experimentation frameworks, onboarding redesigns, CRM integrations for AI data, and performance optimizations for rich web editors. His background spans payments, internal tooling, and platform work from Airbnb and Batch, where he combined backend systems (ElasticSearch, Rails) with client-facing React experiences. Will pairs practical product instincts—prototyping rapid imports and feature experiments—with production-grade engineering, such as React upgrades and denormalized query services. He also explores personal projects that layer LLMs over calendaring to create EA-style scheduling assistants, reflecting a knack for applying AI to real user workflows.
