Top SchoolWill Li is a software engineer with 11 years of experience specializing in distributed systems and build infrastructure, currently building scalable developer tooling at Meta after four years focused on accelerating internal builds at Microsoft. He is strong in C# and systems-level engineering, with practical experience in gRPC, Docker, cross-platform ports, and front-end work, plus a background in web and iOS development from internships at Salesforce, IBM, LCBO, and Verizon. A University of Waterloo BASc graduate, he’s comfortable moving between backend services and client-facing UI improvements and has repeatedly delivered production features for internal developer platforms. Notable for tackling the less-glamorous but high-impact problem of making builds faster, he brings both systems insight and pragmatic engineering to improve developer productivity.
