Top SchoolWill Manning is a founder and CEO with 11 years of engineering leadership experience building and scaling data infrastructure at extreme scale. As co-creator and long-time chief architect of Palantir Foundry, he led the design and implementation of batch and real-time compute subsystems that processed exabytes of data and powered governments and Fortune 500 customers. He drove Foundry’s pivot from an internal tool to a flagship SaaS platform, gaining deep expertise in distributed scheduling, secure execution of user code, and operating massive microservice platforms across cloud and on-prem environments. Will has grown and managed engineering organizations from single-digit teams to hundreds, and retains strong views on maximizing developer productivity and meritocratic culture. Now leading Spiral, he combines hands-on systems architecture with product strategy and operator experience. A tinkerer and voracious learner, he pairs rigorous quantitative training from Princeton with practical experience across Spark/YARN, S3/HDFS, Kubernetes, and low-latency search systems.
