Top SchoolWill Meier is a Founding Product Engineer and React specialist with nine years of full-stack experience, currently shaping product and frontend at Pathways after rising from Founding Frontend Engineer. He brings a unique creative edge from a formal art and design background—double major in Painting and Creative Writing—paired with deep Next.js expertise and comfort in Node and Python. Will excels at translating complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and obsessing over pixel- and interaction-level detail. His career blends startup product building with prior roles in music tech and enterprise frontends, and an early hands-on museum fabrication background that informs his pragmatic, design-first approach to engineering.
