SeniorWill Palmer is a seasoned DevOps engineer with 16 years' experience designing and hardening cloud infrastructure, improving codebases, and auditing projects for operational excellence. Based in Folkestone, UK, he has led technical strategy as CTO of a machine-learning and psychology-driven recommendation startup and now focuses on production reliability and deployment at elementsuite. As founder of a consultancy, he has a track record of cloud migrations, monitoring, and bespoke tooling across AWS-backed staging and deployment systems. His background spans low-level systems and enterprise integrations—from C and embedded SQL work on mainframe interfaces to modern PHP/DevOps stacks—giving him a rare ability to bridge legacy systems and cloud-native practices.
