Top SchoolWill Percival is a Staff Software Engineer in New York with 11 years of experience building full-stack web applications, analytics platforms, and data visualizations. He progressed through multiple senior roles at Rockerbox (and Eventable before acquisition), often taking sole ownership of microservices and complex migrations while improving query performance by moving workloads from NoSQL to SQL and optimizing analytics with pandas. Will enjoys puzzle-like challenges and thrives on creating elegant, user-facing interfaces as well as robust backend systems—he’s maintained the open-source vObject iCalendar module and engineered integrations such as Zapier and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Comfortable across Python, SQL, containerized deployments, and interactive visualizations, he combines hands-on implementation with technical due diligence and low-downtime operational experience.
