Top SchoolWill Rogers is a Principal Engineer based in Berlin with 11 years of experience building distributed, fault-tolerant systems using Elixir/OTP, C#/.NET, Node.js and containerized deployments. He has progressed from support and CI work through hands-on engineering to leading teams and architecting microservices, devops pipelines and rule engines that replaced legacy PHP systems. At Entelios and prior consulting roles he’s focused on modernizing backends, migration to cloud-native patterns (AWS, Terraform, Docker) and pragmatic automation with Ansible/CircleCI. Notably, he combines deep Windows/SQL Server operational experience with functional-concurrency design in Elixir, enabling smoother transitions from monoliths to resilient distributed platforms.
