Top SchoolWill Sadler is an experienced software development leader and independent contractor with 12+ years building full-stack Javascript and Java applications, and over a decade working remotely on Agile teams. He has led engineering efforts for large clients including U.S. federal agencies (18F, CMS) and steered migrations from monoliths to microservices while maintaining production systems on AWS. Comfortable as a hands-on technical lead or director, he specializes in modern JS stacks (NestJS, Angular, React), CI/DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and user-focused UI/UX. His background includes both fintech and healthcare platforms, and he currently holds senior engineering leadership roles while consulting through CloudPrism Solutions. Unusually for a senior technologist, his academic roots are in music and humanities, which informs a collaborative, creative approach to team leadership and product design. Based in Clonakilty, Ireland, he blends practical delivery experience with a long track record of remote, cross-functional collaboration.
