Top SchoolWill Schmierer is a resilient leadership coach and founder of Stroke of Genius Coaching who blends 12 years of digital product and engineering leadership with a hard-won perspective as a stroke survivor and MS warrior. Formerly an Engineering Manager and Front-End Lead working with enterprise clients like Microsoft, NBA, and Paramount, he now helps ambitious leaders manage chaos, rebuild confidence, and drive disruptive impact in work and home life. He pairs hands-on technical and entrepreneurial experience—co-founding agencies and leading WordPress delivery teams—with ICF-accredited coaching to create practical, action-oriented plans. Known for blunt honesty, humor, and an unapologetic “tune out the noise” approach, he aims to make clients self-sufficient rather than dependent on coaching.
