Senior🎓
Top SchoolWill Silveira is an engineering manager and web tech lead with 18+ years in IT and more than seven years leading UI and frontend teams, currently shaping web platform strategy at Flybits. He combines hands-on frontend architecture (React, Angular, Node.js) and e-commerce experience (Shopify) with a knack for building onboarding tools, service monitoring portals, and developer productivity frameworks. Will excels at rapid prototyping within lean processes and thrives in dynamic environments, translating cross-functional feedback from customers and stakeholders into pragmatic, scalable solutions. His background spans UI/UX leadership, digital transformation and full-stack implementations across agencies and product companies, giving him a rare blend of design sensibility and engineering rigor. Outside work he stays active in the community through meetups and conferences, and his GitHub privacy hints at a focus on proprietary, production-grade work rather than public side projects.
