Comfortable at the intersection of engineering and business, he has led machine learning and graph-database pilots that produced multimillion-dollar impacts and owned chatbot and spare-parts AI initiatives. Will is skilled at untangling cross-functional bottlenecks, instituting measurement-driven process improvements, and shipping integrations between REST/SOAP systems in healthcare and industrial domains.
