Top SchoolWill Spencer is a Senior Software Engineer based in San Francisco with nine years of experience building web-first products, currently shipping features at Roblox after rising from software engineer to senior within three years. A Cornell CS graduate who interned at Facebook, MongoDB, and Yext across five summers, he blends front-end expertise (Vue.js, Cypress, Firebase) with production-scale A/B experimentation and data-driven decision making. At Cornell he led CoursePlan, a campus-used planning app, where he both coded critical interfaces and managed a 10-person team and sprint cadence—experience that informs his product-oriented engineering approach. He has a history of automating workflows (Go scripts, programmatic reporting) and teaching others, from Girls Who Code volunteering to high-school CS TA work, signaling strong mentorship instincts. Notably, he dogfooded and launched features tested on 100+ million Facebook Lite users during internships, showing comfort with high-impact, measurable releases.
