Top SchoolWill Walkington is a Senior User Experience Designer at Google with nine years of experience shaping complex, data-rich products across healthcare, life sciences, and consulting. Previously a UX Design Manager at ZS and a Design Lead in IBM Watson Health, he specializes in using design to simplify decision-making in high-information contexts. He holds an M.Design in Graphic Design from NC State and began his career designing large-scale environmental wayfinding systems, a background that informs his spatial and systems thinking in digital interfaces. Based in Evanston, IL, Will blends hands-on craft with leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to translate messy data into actionable experiences. An advocate for design that supports judgment as much as usability, he brings a rare combination of environmental, visual, and interaction design perspectives to product problems.
