Top SchoolWill Xue is a software engineer with 8 years of experience blending AI, full-stack development, and security into product-focused solutions, now contributing to Microsoft Intune's enterprise app management. He has a dual BS/BBA from Washington and Lee, with hands-on internships and research that span React/TypeScript front-ends, TypeScript/Next.js full-stack work, C# data collection tools, and ML-backed tooling for security and analytics. Will has repeatedly modernized legacy systems—refactoring large codebases into reusable React components—and built production auditing and cloud-protection tools that emphasize operational efficiency. Beyond engineering, he brings business strategy experience from entrepreneurship programs and student leadership, where he doubled a club's budget and led cross-campus outreach. Curious about macroeconomics, health, and psychology, he mixes technical rigor with a pragmatic interest in systems-level impact and enjoys meeting people who challenge his thinking.
