Top SchoolWillem Fibbe is a Lead Platform Engineer based in Amsterdam with 15 years of hands-on experience building and operating full‑stack systems across both greenfield and legacy environments. He combines Spring Boot and React expertise with pragmatic CI/CD and Kubernetes automation, having architected platform capabilities and developer workflows at DigiBoox and Realworks. His background spans software engineering, system administration and network upgrades—bringing a rare blend of application-level coding and infrastructure pragmatism informed by early work in SDN, Puppet and observability stacks. As owner of TimeSync he brings entrepreneurial discipline to delivery and a track record of empowering teams to ship production-grade services. He holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and often surfaces practical, developer-friendly platform improvements rather than purely theoretical designs.
