Top SchoolWillem Lenig is a software engineering team lead and Northeastern University Computer Science student with eight years of hands-on experience building data-driven web systems. Based in Boston, he leads engineering teams end-to-end—handling hiring, roadmaps, schema design, and PR review—while architecting services that simplify operations, such as a centralized SSO powering multiple internal apps. He drove a migration from Squarespace to a custom CMS by directly translating non-technical stakeholder workflows into product requirements and built a multimodal agent that converts Fluid Engine layouts into structured page data to accelerate content migration. Passionate about data pipelines and applied ML, Willem blends practical engineering with automation to reduce repetitive work and speed complex migrations.
