Top SchoolWilliam Chiquito is a pragmatic Developer Team Lead with over two decades in technology and 11 years of focused experience leading multidisciplinary development teams across Europe and Latin America. He blends deep data-layer expertise—spanning decades of relational database architecture and recent work with NoSQL—with hands-on full-stack engineering (server, web, desktop, APIs) to build and evolve mission-critical products in sectors like government, energy, banking and education. Known for turning legacy codebases into maintainable platforms, he prioritizes technical quality, measured refactoring and an energized, collaborative team culture that practices pair/mob programming and continuous learning. Currently steering supply-chain innovation at Masia el Carmen after shaping Crowdfarming’s platform, he pairs practical pragmatism with a habit of “hacking his own education,” deliberately experimenting to find the right tools and patterns for each challenge.
