Top SchoolWilliam Deveaux is a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with 11 years of experience building and automating data-driven platforms, currently shaping production reliability at Batch from Lyon, France. He brings deep Big Data expertise from consulting roles—designing ingestion pipelines, templating flows, and deploying Spark, Flink, Kafka and Elastic Stack solutions for banking and telecom clients. Equally comfortable with infrastructure as code and release automation, he has implemented Ansible- and Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Maven archetypes. His background in computational research (a published simulation project from Keio University) gives him a strong analytical edge for modeling failure modes and performance at scale. A pragmatic problem-solver, he pairs low-level scripting and tooling experience with an ability to lead small teams through migration and production rollout challenges.
