Top SchoolWilliam Flowers is a Senior Technical Writer with nine years at SAS and earlier tenure at IBM, blending deep documentation craft with hands-on development in XSLT, C++, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and Python. He creates user-facing UI and REST API documentation while also improving build and source tooling for documentation teams, demonstrating a rare combination of information design and dev-tooling skills. His background in technical communication, mathematics, and programming (certificates in Java and C++ with 4.0 GPAs) lets him translate complex analytics and enterprise software behavior into clear, usable guidance.
