Senior🎓
Top SchoolWilliam Foster is a founder and seasoned software leader with 11+ years of experience who pivoted from senior engineering roles at Amazon and Snap to hands-on, high-impact engineering using AI-augmented delivery. He builds privacy-first consumer products like Fill My Ride while orchestrating multi-agent Claude Code workflows to compress team-scale output into a single, architecturally rigorous delivery loop. His background spans scaling systems serving 100k+ users per second, product and team leadership across startups and large tech, and proven operational wins in performance, stability and cost reduction. William pairs an MBA and first-class computing degree with a practical polyglot engineering mindset and a knack for turning entrenched processes into measurable improvements. Not obvious from titles: he deliberately traded org charts for virtual squads to explore how far one engineer can push startup-paced product delivery without losing quality.
