Top SchoolWilliam Minshew is a founder and engineering leader with a decade of experience building startups at the intersection of AI, distributed compute, and product strategy from San Francisco. He cofounded 0xSplits and earlier led ventures including a peer-to-peer GPU compute marketplace and a computer-vision retail analytics company where he trained convolutional and recurrent models to extract pedestrian insights from camera feeds. Comfortable shifting between hands-on engineering, product design, and business strategy, he also consults for early-stage teams and iterates rapidly through experimentation—summarized by his tagline, "progressing one failure at a time." A Princeton-trained electrical engineer, he pairs quantitative rigor with practical startup grit and a track record of turning research-grade models into deployable data pipelines.
