Top SchoolWilliam Pembleton is a Senior Software Engineer with eight years of experience building full-stack and cloud-native systems, currently driving SRE and DevOps initiatives at Everbridge. He blends hands-on development (React, Android, .NET, Java) with infrastructure expertise—leading an AWS VPC migration via Terraform, crafting CI/CD pipelines, and evangelizing OpenTelemetry to cut observability costs by 87%. Comfortable in greenfield projects and maintenance work, he’s been singled out for product insight and became a subject-matter expert on fraud tooling at WebstaurantStore. William also applies chaos engineering and SLO design to harden releases and has a track record of pragmatic cost savings through data retention and Kubernetes resource management. Trained in computer science at New College of Florida, he pairs broad technical curiosity (mobile to VR interests) with a results-oriented approach to reliability and developer practices.
