Top SchoolWilliam Pottier is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 14 years of experience building CMS, e-commerce and high‑traffic, multi‑country platforms. Currently Head of Engineering D2C EMEA at INSPIRED pet nutrition (after leading technical strategy and delivery at Ultra Premium Direct), he blends hands‑on architecture decisions with team building and operational rollout in fast‑growing scale‑ups. He previously founded AllProgrammic and Surveyboard, a SaaS data‑collection product, giving him product instincts and entrepreneurial resilience shaped by the COVID pivot. Technically fluent across PHP/Symfony, Vue/Nuxt, Node.js and Go, he focuses on cloud‑native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform) and robust CI/CD to keep platforms scalable and maintainable. Known for seeking pragmatic tradeoffs between technical excellence, organizational agility and long‑term sustainability, he also spends time mentoring teams through upskilling and process improvements. Based in Bordeaux, his background as a consultant and instructor (GIT, Symfony) gives him a rare mix of delivery discipline and people‑centric leadership.
